NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell is traveling to Miami Beach, Florida to attend a Climate Mayors Leadership Forum.

The event, Aspen Ideas: Climate, is happening from March 11-13.

The forum will be led by Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb and focuses on climate solutions.

Participants include U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm, Chief Scientist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture Chavonda Jacobs-Young, and Kristina Costa, Deputy Assistant to the President for Clean Energy Innovation and Implementation.
