Frost advisory issued for part of Pennsylvania until Tuesday morning [Video]

A frost advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 2:29 a.m. in effect until 8 a.m. for Southern Centre, Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming as well as Blair, Huntingdon, Bedford, Fulton, Franklin, Union, Snyder, Montour, Northumberland, Columbia, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster counties.
