Israel Folau breaks silence on Twickenham booing [Video]

Israel Folau says he wasn’t fazed by fans booing him at Twickenham last month, declaring: “It didn’t really rattle me at all.”

Folau also spoke about Tonga’s hopes at the Rugby World Cup this year and why the Wallabies will do well at the tournament.

Folau, 34, made a surprise low-key coaching cameo at Brisbane club Brothers on Wednesday night, about two hours before his former teammate Billy Slater inspired Queensland to another Origin series win up the road at Suncorp Stadium.

Folau was invited by a family friend to run a series of drills and answer a few questions from the under-10s players, who were in awe of the former Wallabies fullback.

The Australian dual-international played for a World XV team against the Eddie Jones-coached Barbarians last month, but was jeered by a section of fans every time he touched the ball.
