FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A West Fargo man is facing three felony charges in Cass County after allegedly pulling out a gun during a fight in the pool area at a Fargo hotel.
Jarred Jordan Trevino is charged with two counts of terrorizing and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Police were called to the Holiday Inn at 3803 13th Avenue South on Sunday, February 25, for report of a fight. When police arrived on scene, two women said Trevino pulled a handgun out of his waistband in the hotel pool area. Court documents say one woman told officers she “wasn’t sure what Jarred was going to do with the firearm, and she was scared for her children that were present.”
