FBI Hunts For Iranian Agent Seeking Revenge For Qassem Soleimani’s Killing | Trump NSA Under Threat?

The FBI has alleged that an Iranian intelligence agent is recruiting operatives in the US to help kill current and former government officials. Iran is seeking revenge on those government officials who were involved in the January 2020 assassination of Iran’s General Qassem Soleimani, the FBI claims. Majid Dastjani Farahani has acted or is purported to act on behalf of Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security while recruiting individuals for operations in the US. Soleimani was killed in a US drone strike near Baghdad International Airport while travelling to meet with Adil Abdul-Mahdi, Iraq’s then-Prime Minister.
