Finland’s broadcaster Yle confirmed the news on Tuesday, two weeks after the viral artist won Finland’s national selection Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu earlier this month.
Previously Windows95man — real name Teemu Keisteri — and his singing collaborator Henri Piispanen had said they would need to think about whether they would go.

Back in January more than 1,400 songwriters, producers and artists in Finland’s music industry signed a petition calling on the EBU to ban Israel from Eurovision over alleged war crimes in Gaza. They added that if Israel participates, they wanted Finland’s broadcaster Yle to withdraw.
Yle has now confirmed it won’t be withdrawing.
