An independent review into the UN agency helping Palestinian refugees in Gaza has found Israel provided no evidence that staff from the organisation were linked to terror groups. Accusations by Israel that several UNRWA workers took part in the Hamas-led October 7 attacks led several countries to freeze funding to the agency.
