Michael Tomlinson dodges question about whether Lee Anderson’s comments were Islamophobic [Video]

During an LBC interview on Tuesday, UK Minister of State for Illegal Immigration, Michael Tomlinson, refused to answer journalist Nick Ferrari’s on whether he considers Conservative MP Lee Anderson’s comments about London mayor Sadiq Khan to be Islamophobic. After posing the question three times, and Tomlinson refusing to directly answer it, Ferrari ended the interview.

On 24 February, Anderson had the Conservative whip suspended after he refused to apologise for comments made on GB News last week where he said that “Islamists” had gotten “control” over London and its mayor, Sadiq Khan.
