‘Nishan-e-Pakistan’ Conferred On Saudi Arabia’s Prince Khalid Bin Salman | Dawn News English

In Islamabad, President Asif Ali Zardari awarded Saudi Arabia’s Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman Al Saud with Pakistan’s highest civilian honor, the “Nishan-e-Pakistan.”

The Saudi dignitary, serving as the chief guest for the Pakistan Day parade, was recognized for his significant contributions to Pakistan and its people, including enhancing defense cooperation, strengthening bilateral ties, and promoting peace efforts in the region.

The ceremony, held at Aiwan-e-Sadr, was attended by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, and other high-ranking officials.
