Pak-Saudi Relations Are Important For Regional Peace: FM Ishaq Dar | Dawn News English

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has pledged comprehensive support to Saudi Arabia for its investments in Pakistan. Speaking at a meeting of the Special Investment Facilitation Council in Islamabad, attended by a Saudi delegation led by Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Al Saud, Dar assured that Saudi engagements and investments would be handled with utmost respect and institutionalized commitment from Pakistan’s side.

He emphasized the strengthening of fraternal ties between the two countries through collaborative efforts and highlighted the significance of Saudi investments in fostering mutual prosperity and progress. Dar underscored the potential of investments in various sectors such as agriculture, energy, and mining, aiming to transform Pakistan into an economic hub and create an attractive environment for global investors, particularly from Saudi Arabia.

He reiterated the council’s role in ensuring swift and mutually beneficial investment processes, demonstrating Pakistan’s commitment to facilitating foreign direct investment.
