Startup Central: FincFriends, a personal loans app startup recently raised $7.8 million in a mix of debt and equity, in a strategic round led by InCred Finance and Grow Money Capital. This followed the NBFC’s previous equity funding of $3.5 million from Cyprus-based DFI last year. The company will use the fund for the expansion of its product portfolio and also to expand in emerging markets.
