Utility worker fatally electrocuted in Lebanon County, another injured [Video]

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM )– One worker was fatally electrocuted in Lebanon County and another was injured Wednesday afternoon.

Cornwall Borough Police said they were called to the 500 block of Hemlock Lane around 1 p.m. for the reported electrocution.

A utility worker was killed when they came into contact with power lines, police said. Another worker suffered burns from the incident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police said the workers were from a subcontractor company.

The area is still closed as the company does its own investigation, police said.
