Indian national Pat Nibin Maxwell, who was working in Israel, died on Monday in an anti-tank missile attack. Two other people were injured when Hezbollah terrorists from Lebanon targetted an orchard near the Margaliot town on the northern border of Israel. Maxwell as well as the other two, identified as Bush Joseph George and Paul Melvin, were from Kerala.
George was taken to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva after he sustained injuries to his face. Melvin, who was slightly injured, is being treated at Ziv Hospital in the northern Israeli city of Safed.
The mortal remains of Pat Nibin were identified in Ziv Hospital, as per news agency PTI. The 31-year-old went to Israel two months ago and was working on a farm when the attack happened. He is survived by his wife, who is expecting another child, and a five-year-old daughter.
