WAHOO, Neb. (KOLN) – For some, taking a bath or showering may seem like an unglamorous or mundane process. But Dana Jordan wants bathing to be more of an experience.
The owner of Anthologie Soap tells stories with each of her soap collections.
“We can tell stories through soap by scent expression,” Jordan said. “Our sense of smell is one of our most prolific sources that brings us back sometimes.”
Her designs are also inspired by holidays, hit songs and Greek Mythology. She even has a collection to remind people of vintage lunch boxes. Jordan’s passion for creating beautiful soap grew as she researched its origins.
“Soap is universal. Everybody uses it – at least we hope everyone is using it,” Jordan joked. “It’s also hundreds of years old.”
