EXCLUSIVE: Namibian President, Nangolo Mbumba says he will not contest elections

Namibian President, Nangolo Mbumba, has thanked SADC citizens for the support after the death of Hage Geingob.
Speaking exclusively to SABC News International Editor, Sophie Mokoena, Mbumba says he will not contest elections when Namibia goes to the polls later this year.
He says he’s committed to prioritising growing the economy, as was the case with Ppresident Geingo’s final term in office.
Mbumba has also commented on the Middle East crisis.
He earlier met with President Cyril Ramaphosa, as part of engagements with SADC leaders.
